OPTIX FIXED MOUNT

To meet the diverse lighting needs of UnitX's customers, I designed a compact and modular mounting kit for quickly adjusting OptiX Light Dome working distances. By combining off-the-shelf Swivellink components with custom-designed brackets and slotted base plates, I ensured full compatibility with all previous generations of UnitX products. This mounting kit proved effective and cost-efficient, demonstrating its value during solutions testing, trade show demonstrations, and on-site customer trials. Additionally, I integrated the standardized mounting hole pattern into the redesigned OptiX Mini Light Dome, eliminating the need for custom brackets.
